We start drinking milk the day we are born, and it is our sole source of nutrition for many months. But as we start growing, our milk intake gradually decreases. Irrespective of our age, it’s important for our overall health to drink milk daily.
Milk provides a unique balance of nutrients and is considered “nature’s wellness drink”.
