Often neglected dry fruit “DATES” have a lot more to offer than you might think. Dates are a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals that can help you regain good health. Firstly dates contain a number of nutrients, vitamins and useful amino acids so dates when consumed in large quantity can create a lot of heat within, that may cause stomach related problems or may be acne to those prone to acne. And another aspect is one must carefully check for any impurities that may be sticking on surface of date before consuming it, as sticky skin of date may attract impurities. One must choose dates which are free from such impurities, and make sure that date is ready to eat by washing it before consumption, as a measure of precaution.
