Apart from these natural face packs, what is important to keep your skin and face glowing and beautiful is your choice of food and how you take care of your skin. Poor diet, unhealthy or unhygienic food, wrong way of cleaning your face and excessive exposure to sun and pollution can harm your skin from outside as well as inside. The harsh sun-rays and high amount of pollutants in air can make your skin dull and acne prone.

Required Ingredients:

1 Tomato

 1/2 spoon of dried lemon peel powder

 2 to 3 drops of lemon juice

Make tomato paste and mix it with lemon peel powder or you can simply add lemon juice ( few drops ) in it. Now apply that mixture to your face gently and keep it like that for 10 minutes. If you feel any burning sensation due to lemon added please reduce the drops of lemon in the next procedure. Now wash your face properly with lukewarm water.

Remember not to rub your face skin very hardly with towel. Gently tap your face dry with clean cloth of cotton. Avoid exposure to sun for next 2 hours.

Carrot Mask

Method

1 or 2 fresh grinded carrot extract.

1/2 tablespoon honey

Pudina Mask:
